About the firm

A chartered practice,
built on principle.

Since 2002, KSK Corporate Services has provided corporate secretarial and governance services of the highest standard to companies operating across Sarawak — quietly, reliably, and personally.

Our story

Incorporated in June 2002

When KSK Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (KSK) was incorporated in June 2002, the founding principle was straightforward: provide corporate secretarial and governance services of the highest standard — with professionalism, integrity, and reliability. That principle has guided every client relationship since.

From a single office in Kuching, the firm has grown into a trusted governance partner for public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, government-linked companies (GLCs), multinationals, joint ventures, foundations, and privately held companies. Our clients operate in some of Sarawak’s most demanding sectors — from oil and gas to semiconductors — where regulatory precision is not optional.

What has never changed is the way we work: every engagement is led personally, with the rigour of a chartered practice and the continuity of an advisor who knows your company and your board.
